STEP ONE: Reset Quicken Data
A. If your data file is syncing with cloud
1. Open Quicken software
2. Go to Edit > Preferences
3. To reset, click on Quicken ID, Mobile & Alerts
4. Click on Reset your cloud data
5. Type Yes and click on RESET
B. If, Your data isn’t syncing with cloud
1. Go to Edit > Preferences
2. Click on Quicken ID, Mobile & Alerts
3. Click Sign in as a different user
4. Type “Yes” to confirm the sign-out.
5. Follow on-screen instructions to sign in again.
STEP TWO: Contact official Quicken Support
If reset your Quicken data doesn’t work, you need to contact official Quicken support and they’ll help you to resolve this issue for you.
